Justin Willis

By KSEE News

Justin Willis began his career in television 5 years ago as a news photographer. In January 2006 he joined the news team at KSEE 24 and made the transition to reporting in October 2007. Several months later he joined the KSEE Sunrise crew, covering everything from breaking news to the hottest in community events. On Sunrise, Justin has shown his willingness to try anything once, using live television to demonstrate bungee jumping, canal safety and police K-9 training.
More recently, Justin got the wheels spinning in bringing back the legendary Bob Long's On The Map series, profiling the places and people of the valley we call home. And in 5 short years, Justin has covered stories in the Katrina damaged South, American Idol auditions, and was nominated for an Emmy award for outstanding achievement in breaking news after covering a local stampede over the Playstation 3.
Justin was born and raised in Clovis, attended Fresno City College and got his bachelor's degree from San Francisco State.
He spends much of his time with his two daughters, Aubrey and Paige. Justin has always had a penchant for the silver screen. He's a movie buff and uses his spare time to work on screenplays, and has several short films to his credit.
