Alexan knew at the age of six that he wanted to become a sportscaster. As a child, he would practice his commentary in front of the family's television set.

This Fresno native and Fresno State grad started his sports career at KAVU in Victoria, Texas. He soon moved on to News 9 in San Antonio, where he covered the Dallas Cowboys, the San Antonio Spurs' championship season of 2003, and did commentary for San Antonio's Golden Gloves boxing. He has interviewed some of the biggest names in sports including Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman, Dr. J, Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O'Neal, and the Spurs' Tim Duncan.

In September 2004, Alexan was lured back to Fresno to join the KSEE Sports Team as weekend sports anchor for KSEE 24 News at 6 and 11. In October 2005, he helped launch KSEE 24 Sports Central, the Valley's only local sports show.

When he isn't working, Alexan can be found on the golf course enjoying the Central Valley sunshine.
