Pam Rivera spends each and every day doing what she loves, teaching. It's a career she knew was for her early on. "I fell in love... It was wonderful."
Rivera has been teaching for 15 years now. She's currently at Riverview Elementary in Fresno, helping these 6th graders get the best education possible.
"She's really kindhearted.... Just incredible."
Rivera's students say she's always there for them, no matter what. And doesn't just go above and beyond in the classroom, she also spends time coaching and organizing fundraisers.
"I pride myself on working harder every year... Every year is different."
