State party leaders agree on compromised budget proposal

Leaders of both parties agreed to a budget proposal on Sunday and hope to have it to the Governor's desk as early as tomorrow evening. While the new agreement includes heavy compromises from all sides, Assembly member Juan Arambula says that there is enough in there for everyone to support the proposal. Sean Thomas reports.
