Budget propositions go down in defeat

By KSEE News

With an extremely low voter turnout, those who did head to the polls on Tuesday resoundly rejected 5 of the 6 budget propositions state officials say were needed to prevent an even bigger state budget deficit. The only measure that passed, Proposition 1-F, calls for not giving state elected officials pay raises in years when there is a state deficit. According to Gov. Schwarzenegger, the defeat of the propositions will require several more billions of dollars in cuts that will hit social services and education programs hard.

Where is the budget? Stop doing the runaround. You all recieve an F. Time is a waisting and the small clinics will crumble if you don't come up with a budget, those peope who depend on those clinics will bill you to travel to Visalia Hospital for Medical attention. Were begging you to stop, fix the budget before time runs out I will not travel to another clinic or Hospital. When I have one I hope still in my own town. Get off your butts and fix the budget. please.
