The Cig, tobacco company they need a tax hike, All those people who are having babies at 12 and getting free money under somebody elses name. Stop the people who are not a California resident. Anybody who is in Jail should not be getting the lecture like milliare people. Those big timer milliare people don't need free air plane trips, or free car rides to anywhere. They need to paid just like us who don't have that kind of money who are surviving one paycheck to the next.

You need to hike taxes on booze, cig, tabacco companies. Make those pay for planted drugs. That are cities in USA have to bust. Make those pay for guns that are not owned, are illegle in the USA. And we better not get any penalties, extra charges on our bills, rent for not paying them money or by cash or check. Legisators better come to a better agreement then having IOU's. End this budget... Stop the Budget, IOU's Some Banks will not except. How do you exspect us to pay our bills with IOU's. Your putting California in a huge hole that you are not going to be able to get out of. And people who are exspecting our check in trouble with banks, and their billers. We don't have the extra money for extra charges the banks, billers may put on our bills for not paying with money or checks. All my billers I pay bills to won't except any IOU's. If I receive IOU, not my regular check. So please end this budget. Before you put those who depend on our month to month check. If we get into a fix that we lose our checks for IOU, I will send all my bills to the state legislator who's incharged with our state. As a State employee I am upset. I work hard for my money and I feel that the Governor should try living paycheck to paycheck and then see how hard it is to take care of his family on such little pay. If he does as he wants then the state employees will have 25% taken each month. I don't know about you, but I can't afford to get my pay cut. I will end up loosing my home, not be able to pay my bills but most of all feed my children. How is that FAIR?

People were so quick to recall Gray Davis for an actor who doesn't know what he is doing (on or off screen). He is doing a worse job then Gray Davis had ever done. Look at all the State Workers who are going to loose their jobs and their homes. What about them GOVERNOR? What price do they have to pay? Cutting Health Clinics deeply hurt those who help me, or the sick, not so sick. Now they are trying to stay a float. A clinic that is small but has a lot of patients are on the signs of closing in the very near future soon. Because of the Gov. who like to pick on those who help everyone. The legislators need their pay check cut as deeply as what they did to the health clinics. You have no Idea how bad you cut the clinic back. How are the workers suppose to work. Where, How are the clinics patients suppose see their Dr. Or NP. The people at the clinic most don't have any transportation to go to another clinic in their town, no way of going to Visalia. Some of us don't have the extra Money to go, see another Dr. or NP some where else. You either don't care what happens to the people, Dr. NP's you had cut deeply at this clinic.
