Dear BuddyCheck 24 Member:

This year promises to be one of growth and hope for our BuddyCheck 24 program. Growth in the number of women in our life saving breast cancer awareness program, and hope that those enrolled continue their participation.

Our commitment at KSEE 24 remains strong, and it is my hope that you also will commit to BuddyCheck by doing your monthly breast self exam.

Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in women, but you have a fighting chance against this terrible disease by catching it at its earliest stages. Protecting yourself involves a three-step approach that includes yearly mammograms, yearly visits to your doctor and a monthly breast self-exam or BSE.

Call me at 454-2449 to let me know how BuddyCheck 24 is working for you. If you have Internet access, you can also send me your story at stefanib@ksee.com. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Stefani Booroojian
