Chrysler Hires 1,200 People

Good news on the job front. Chrysler announced it's creating more than 12 hundred jobs in the state of Indiana. The announcement was made by the Chrysler CEO yesterday.

The company is investing millions of dollars in the Kokomo area to build fuel-efficient automatic transmissions. Chrysler plans to use a new nine speed transmission in the Dodge Dart compact and the Jeep Cherokee midsize SUV.
