Customer service is a big deal at Les Schwab, but so is community service. Kevin Johnson, the manager of Les Scwhab takes tell us about the fundraisers in the Valley. They are new to Fresno but they are committed to being actively involved.  As a company that focuses on doing the right thing they believe that volunteer and sponsorship opportunities allow them to make a difference in our communities and in the lives of their employees and customers who participate in these activities.

Their first community involvement featured family friendly activities.  At the store openings in November for their six Fresno locations they sponsored fun events such as taco's from Bobby Salazar's, raffles, prizes, and an opportunity to win tickets to premiere performance of breaking dawn part 2. They also raised funds for local high school schools with their Thursday night showdown. Last month, they had a very successful coats for kids drive.  All of their stores participated and it was great way to begin partnering with customers and respected organizations in this community. In total over 20,000 coats were collected many of which came from their employees and customers who were very enthusiastic about participating. They hope to become more involved in events related to local schools and/or families as our business grows. For more info, log onto WWW.LESSCHWAB.COM
