So how bad is the flu here locally? Experts are predicting this flu season could be one of the worst of the decade. The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) says flu activity peaks in January or February. Doctor Gene Kallsen, the medical director over at Community Regional Medical Center said it is not too late to get a flu shot.
