Home Prices on the Rise

Good news if you're selling your home. According to data released by Corelogic home prices across America jumped in January by nearly 10 percent from a year ago. That's the biggest annual gain, in nearly seven-years.

Home prices rose in all states except for Delaware and Illinois. Analysts say the rise in prices is a sign that the housing market is gaining momentum, as it heads into the spring selling season.
