Horse Whisperer Helps SPCA

The Central California SPCA is partnering with world-renowned horse trainer and author Monty Roberts, who's also known as the Horse Whisperer.

Here to tell us about the partnership is Beth Caffrey with the SPCA. She's also going to introduce us to a few animals up for adoption.
