Japanese Commemorate Illegal WW2 Internment

It was a time in history many Japanese immigrants would rather not remember but they are observing “The Day of Remembrance" commemorating the illegal World War-Two incarceration of more than 120-thousand Japanese immigrants.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Liberties Act of 1988, which publicly acknowledged the wrongful incarceration and authorized apology and redress to surviving internees
