Kate’s Baby Bump Spotted

The duchess of Cambridge is back in the public eye with her baby bump in full view. The 31 year old duchess is now about four and a half months pregnant. She was spotted visiting one of her charities in London yesterday.

But doctors say Kate must take care to avoid a return of the acute morning sickness, she suffered early on. Kate's next public appearance is set for March.
