This week the Fresno Food Expo kicks-off. It's a chance for local food companies to showcase their products in front of people across the country. One of the companies that will be represented is the California Raisins Marketing Board.

Joining us with details and a few recipes is Klaus Tenbergen with the Department of Food Science and Nutrition over at Fresno State.
