Talk about a success story. Ladonna Snow, President of Snowflake designs started her business in a basement after her daughter began gymnastics and needed outfits. Other moms saw her designs and asked her to make outfits for their daughters. Years later Ladonna Snow would begin making gymnastic leotards for Olympic athletes. Snowflake Designs began unofficially in 1985 when LaDonna's 2 ½ year old, daughter began gymnastics. LaDonna started making her outfits, and other mothers loved them, asking her to make them for their daughters. The company was founded officially a few years later.
Today they have 34 employees to manufacture and distribute the products. They literally ship them all over the world!
