One of the main ingredients in "getting fit" involves exercise. Many of us get into a workout routine, but once we stop going to the gym we lose the results.

However, there are exercises you can do that will prolong your fitness and health.

Here to explain is our personal trainer Michael Rivera from Fort Washington Fitness. We are also joined by his lovely assistant Theresa.
