They should just make "Super Bowl Sunday" a national holiday. The reason, 125-million Americans celebrate this day every year.

If you are hosting a party, you are in good company. According to hallmark, the Super Bowl represents the number one "at-home" party event of the year. Believe it or not, it is even bigger than New Year's. Nearly 55-million-dollars is expected to be spent on food for the big game and Americans are expected to consume most everything well before the first touchdown.

Super Bowl Sunday is the second holiday in which Americans chow down the greatest amount of food with Thanksgiving being the first.
