Supplements Could Be Less Effective Against Osteoporosis

Nearly half of all women 50 and older will experience an osteoporosis related fracture in their lifetime.

More than a million are affected each year. The go to prevention strategy has always been calcium and vitamin d supplements but now new recommendations suggest there are no benefits from these pills.
