Tulare Rotary Club Shines

It's known as the small club, with a big heart. That's because even though it consists of only 20 members the Tulare Sunrise Rotary does so much for its community.

Here to tell us about a few of its projects, including one to bring safe drinking water to the city of Monson is the president of the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Patrick Isherwood.
