Tropical Alaskan King Crab Martinis

Ingredients

Dressing ingredients:

4 Tbs, lime juice

2 Tbs. Thai fish sauce

2 Tbs. water

1 Tbs sugar

1 large clove garlic, minced

Finely minced jalapeno or Serrano chile pepper, to taste, optional

Martini:

12 ounces King Crab leg meat, about four medium legs, split

1 Haas avocado, peeled, seeded & diced ½”

1 Mango, peeled, seeded & diced ½”

¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro

½ cup finely diced red onion

Cilantro sprigs and fresh lime for garnishing

Directions

Cut largest pieces of crab into bite size and set aside

 

 

 

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.

 

 

 

Add avocado, mango, cilantro, and onion to the dressing and stir to coat all the ingredients.

 

 

 

Divide all the dressed ingredients among four chilled martini glasses.

 

 

 

            Top each cocktail with the crab meat and garnish with the cilantro and lime.
