Roy's Mother's Day CocktailsBy Megan ValentineIngredientsRoy's Bloody Mary1 quart tomato juice 2 oz fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce, or to taste 1 T prepared horseradish 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt freshly ground black pepper 1 1/2 cups vodka (optional) DirectionsMix all the ingredients in a 2-quart pitcher, and stir vigorously to mix.Pour mixture into cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with celery sticks and squeeze a wedge of lime into each drink. Kosher salt for salting the rim is optional. Ramos Fizz 2 oz. gin 1 1/2 oz. heavy cream 1/2 oz. lemon juice 1/4 tsp orange flower water 1 tsp. powdered sugar (or more to taste) 1/2 cup cracked ice 1 egg white, beaten 2-3 oz. chilled club soda orange slice to garnish Combine all ingredients except club soda in a blender and blend until smooth.
