Ginger Wasabi Beer Marinated DrumsticksBy Megan ValentineIngredientsOne bulk- size package of drumsticks, containing 10 – 12 legsOne bottle Ginger Wasabi Beer Marinade (And beer for the chef!) Directions1. Wash the drumsticks and pat dry.2. Place marinade in a gallon size zip-lock bag and add drumsticks. Reserve some marinade for use while grilling. Seal and marinade for at least 20 minutes, or several hours. 3. Prepare grill for medium heat. 4. Let marinating drumsticks sit until almost room temperature. 5. Set up drumstick rack and place drumsticks on the rack. Discard bag of marinade. 6. Grill for 45 minutes, occasionally brushing w/ extra marinade. 7. Serve and enjoy. Most PopularMore Good Stuff |
