It looks great in a clear glass pitcher. And it’s very good for you! Fill a clean glass pitcher with filtered water. Bruise the mint by pressing down lightly with a ladle or pestle. Add the mint and remaining ingredients to the water. Cover and refrigerate until using. It’s refreshing in a few minutes, but much better after a few hours. Stays fresh for about 2 days.
