Do you or a family member have diabetes or high blood pressure? Does anyone in your family have kidney disease? If yes, you are at risk for kidney disease. Must be 18 years +. Screening includes:height, weight, blood pressure, health questionnaire, blood test and urine analysis. This is the National Kidney Foundation serving Northern California & Northern Nevada Kidney Early Evaluation Program.
