The Events Visalia Foundation presents the 2011 St. Patrick's Day Parade - A Celebration of all Central Valley Cultures. Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with this year's parade, which will also include live music and food and vendor booths. Pre and Post Parade festivities will be held at the Vintage Press.
