The Miss Fresno County 2011 & Miss Fresno County's Outstanding Teen 2011 Pageant at the Tower Theater @ 7 pm on March 19th, 2011. This is a preliminary pageant for the Miss California & Miss America pageants. The winner of the titles will go on to compete for Miss California and Miss California's Outstanding Teen which is located in Fresno June 22nd-25th 2011.
