The Fresno Food Expo is a regional food show that will showcase unique foods from the Central San Joaquin Valley and provide an opportunity for food professionals to introduce their products to retails buyers, restaurants and chefs. A public portion of the event will be held in the evening that will provide a wonderful tasting experience as attendees will enjoy a variety of food and beverage from local businesses.
