In celebration of National Crime Victims' Rights Week, that James Rowland Crime Victim Assistance Center will hold the 2011 unveiling of the Crime Victims' Memorial Quilt on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 6:00 PM. The quilt will display seventeen new squares crafted by friends and families of a loved one whose life was lost to an act of violence. This event is free and open to the public. Parking available on the 5th and 6th floors of the Fresno County Plaza Building parking garage.
