Subject: A very Important Event by CVT/ please pass this on to anyone you know TY for your support!

Dear Possible Participant:

I am putting together a huge event on June 25th called Concert in the Dirt on a ranch on Academy Oaks Lane in Clovis. 10 am - 10pm. The Ranch itself is called The Heart of the Horse Ranch. Take a look:

it is to benefit 2 things, raising funds to get this ranch open for disabled adults and children where they and their family can go and spend quality time together and feel and find independence by learning about horses, how to care for them and learning to ride and have picnics there and to help CVT. Owner Guy Adams did not see opening for at least 6 months or longer, but I told him I wasn't willing to settle for that. What a wonderful way to give back to your community!!

I want to see them open by July 1st and I have organized the first cleanup on the property that took place this past Saturday. Again this Saturday May 28th were doing it again.

I am asking if you are willing to donate your time or talent to this event to help draw funding for this wonderful place. Guy and I officially have a spot on Alex Delgado's show on KSEE 24 to promote this event on Central Valley Today on Tuesday June 14th.

Vendor Spaces: are 10 x 12 and these spaces are being discounted to an amazing price of just - $125.00 not 200 not 300 we are asking all vendors to donate a portion of there intake that day at the percentage rate of 20%. Please remember this entire day is to help benefit a very important place The Heart of the Horse ranch and CVT as an advertising avenue for small and local businesses at a very reasonable rate. So please participate. Please donate in any form that you possibly can.

Silent Auction: If you can donate for our Silent Auction it would be greatly appreciated and you will be given acknowledgement for your donation.

Sponsorship Packages:

Gold Sponsor: $2500.00 You get a 10 x 12 space at the event, a commercial that we will run for 90 days on CVT, 2 - 12 minute spots on a show of your choice on CVT, will be given recognition in announcements during event, and your business will be on our Banners as Sponsors.

Silver Sponsor: $1500.00 You get a 10 x 12 space at the event, a commercial that will run for 60 days on CVT, a 12 minute spot on a show of your choice on CVT, your business will be given recognition in announcements during event.

Bronze Sponsor: $1000.00 You get a 10 x 12 space at the event, a commercial that will run for 30 days on CVT, a 12 minutes spot on CVT on a show of your choice.

Admission to this event: Adult Tickets $5.00, 5-17 $3.00 and 4 and under FREE.

I have bands already playing for free, Evan Walsh, The Red Coats, Davey Crockets Revenge, Jason & Jeff of The Representatives of Neural Science (these kids ROCK! violinists and acoustic guitar), Dancers you won't want to miss this variety of dance culture.

I have Aaron Stewart as the MC I have food vendors, Panda Express, Farmer Boys, Toledos and others etc all wanting to participate. California Jumping creating a Kid Zone with Bounce Houses, Slide, Water Slide, Carnival Games and more. Another one creating fun for the adults and teens boxing and more. Horse rides.
