In celebration of National Crime Victims' Right Week, the James Rowland Crime Victims' Assistance Center will hold the 2012 unveiling of the Victims' Memorial Quilt. We will display 11 new squares made by families of a loved one whose life was lost to an act of violence. The event is free and open to the public. Parking is free.
