Event Description
The human part of us sometimes has difficulty quieting the chatter in our mind long enough to hear what our soul is trying to tell us. Meditation is the art of paying attention, of listening to your heart and learning to be present in the moment. Give yourself the gift of quiet reflection this Easter. We invite you to join us and walk the Labyrinth. A labyrinth is a circuitous path/walk of self discovery; a healing symbol in and of itself; has appeared in societies around the globe for the past 4,000 years or more; can be found in backyards, parks, health and wellness centers, prisons and churches; has been found at ancient sacred sites all over the world.
