You are cordially invited to our 5th annual community-wide health fair. We will offer FREE medical screenings such as vision, hearing, diabetes, blood pressure, and breast exams. Sports physicals also available for a small fee. The event also includes raffles, prizes, entertainment, face painting, games, a free lunch, and much more! Open to the general public.
