E&e Performing Arts Center in Kingsburg presents The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon. In this fast-paced, rollicking ride, the fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm are turned on their heads as two narrators and seven actors attempt to combine all 209 stories into one giant super-story. The tales tackled range from classics like Snow White, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel to more bizarre, obscure stories like The Devil's Grandmother and The Girl Without Hands. This wild, free-form comedy with lots of audience participation and madcap fun is sure to delight and entertain. There will also be a pre-show performance by the Broadway Bound Summer Arts class.

Performances are July 19-22. Evening shows on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday begin at 7:30. Saturday and Sunday matinees begin at 2:00. Tickets are $12 general, $10 students/seniors. Tickets are available online (www.engstromtheatre.com) or at the Kingsburg Chamber of Commerce (897-1111).
