S.A.F.E. (Senior Awareness and Fall Education) has organized a fundraiser during Fall Prevention Awareness Week 2012 dedicated to “Standing Together to Prevent Falls”
$125/5-person team or $25/individual (all ages allowed)
Includes 2 Games, shoes and one raffle ticket
PRIZES will be awarded for High and Low Scores. Additional raffle tickets are available: $5 for 3 and $10 for 6.
Come join us for dinner at Applebee’s after bowling for more fun!! SAFE receives 10% of all entree orders. (All Proceeds go to the non-profit: SAFE—Central Valley Coalition).
