Are you a San Joaquin Valley resident and do you want a free emissions test on your car that you’ve had for at least 6 months? If you answered yes, thanks to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, the first 525 drivers who come to the Fresno County Fairgrounds on August 25 will receive free emissions tests. If your car doesn’t pass the test, you’ll receive a $500 voucher for repairs at a participating Gold Shield smog shop.
