Fresno Area Rugby Clinic is a NO COST clinic for local boys and girls from high school age on down to youth under 10.
The clinic will be no-contact, and will focus on safety, intro to rules, possession specific skills. There will be class room and on the field instruction. Parents are welcome.
Certified coaches and referees will be on hand.
The all day clinic starts at 9am for high school and 11am for those younger. Both groups will finish at 5pm.
World Famous Rugby Coach Larry Gelwix will be a special speaker at the end of the day. Coach Gelwix was the inspiration for the 2008 motion picture Forever Strong.
Event is hosted by Fresno Rugby Football Club, Fresno State Men's Rugby, and the Central California Rugby Foundation.
