Wetlands are places teeming with life and the Central Valley’s wetlands are no exception. This guided tour of the State’s oldest protected wildlife will give participants a rare glimpse of the Valley floor as it was before arrival of Europeans and the advent of agriculture. We’ll tour the new Visitors Center to learn about the great variety of animals native to this part of the Central Valley and you’ll have an opportunity to observe the Tule Elk that dominate the Reserve as well as other species common to the area. Your guides for the day are Judy Johnson and Judy Haber. Call 559-248-8480 or visit www.riverparkway.org to register.

Own transportation is required, carpooling encouraged. Complete meeting details will be provided upon registration. $15 for non-members, $10 for members
