Join the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) at Dry Creek Park on Saturday, April 13th, to participate in the 2013 Fresno Great Strides walk! The walk starts at 10am and offers you an opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for this life-threatening disease.
