Event starts with school children releasing butterflies that they have raised and chalk art on Friday. Friday night is the Taste of Mariposa held at the Fair Grounds with food samplings from local restaurants.
Saturday kicks off with a parade through historic downtown, followed by the Art and Artistan show, free music and Thousands of butterflies are released.
Sunday starts off with a pancake breakfast, art and artisan show, music and more butterfly releases.
All events on Saturday and Sunday are free. So come join us for a fun filled free family weekend.
