Event Description
Senior Living Network’s Alzheimer’s Awareness Walk/Run was launched in 2008 as a fundraising
event designed to raise money for local non-profit organizations that serve Alzheimer’s patients and
their families in the Central Valley, and to increase awareness of the disease.
100% of these proceeds stay here in the Valley, helping our local families with this devastating
disease, evidence that your support truly makes a difference. Alzheimer’s disease and other
forms of dementia affect over an estimated 61,000 families in the San Joaquin Valley.
