The state of California is taking specific action to facilitate the rapid commercialization of zero emission vehicles. What does that mean? They're hoping we start driving these zero emissions vehicles very soon. Heather Heinks and Nhia Vu explains the funding and programs that will allow us to do that here in the Central Valley.
