The central valley's first daycare designed to the meet the needs of medically fragile children and their families will soon open.
Loretta's Little Miracles can accommodate up to 35 special needs children. Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Loretta Hicks created this fun, safe environment for special children to help give families of these youngsters a much needed break.
