Text messaging is popular among teens and young adults-- many send and receive thousands a month. All that thumb action is actually leading to tendinitis in some teens.
Texting while driving, though illegal in California, is as popular as ever. CSUF's Dr. Tamyra Pierce surveyed college students about their texting habits and found 84% text while driving. That's up from 62% two years ago.

i think texting is cool because i don't like for someone else to listing in my conversation. but it kills me when i am driving and the person in front of me is going sooooo slow because of texting. what the hell pull over people. its not that important. and besides it more important keeping yourself alive. keep yourself and other people from danger. I like to text but i don't see how people can do it while driving.
