California 25Th In Protecting Kids From Smoking

California ranks 25Th in the nation in funding programs to prevent kids from smoking and helping smokers quit. The state receives $1.75 billion from the 1998 tobacco settlement and tobacco taxes, but spends 4.5% on tobacco prevention programs.
