Is it possible to eat fast food and still lose weight? Taco Bell's Fresca menu promotes seven low-calorie/low-fat options. A 27-year-old woman says she lost 54 pounds by eating items from the Fresca menu five to eight times a week.
Local dietician Kim Tirapelle weighs in on whether a fast food diet can work.
