April is limb loss awareness month. San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital is hosting an Educational Health Fair on April 14th.

There will be a free foot care clinic, health fair and sports demonstrations by Freedom Innovations’ Amputee Basketball Team and 2011 Xtreme Games’ Cross Country Mountain Bicyclist Champion, Andy May.

If you are at risk for limb loss or already have lost limbs, or someone who cares for patients with limb loss, you need to attend this event. The limb loss awareness day is being held on April 14th from 10 a.m. To 2 pm at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, 7173 North Sharon Avenue.
