Community leaders took a major step in addressing the needs of those who defend our country, and their families. The Fresno Community Forces Covenant was signed to help veterans, and servicemen and women in areas like employment and finances.

Mayor Ashley Swearingen and Col. Clay Garrison, 144th Fighter Wing commander joined several other community leaders in signing a covenant that will create a greater awareness of the needs of local service members, veterans and their families who live and work in the local community.
