Police busted a 13-year-old self-confessed gang member after he tried to blast another teenage boy in broad daylight Thursday, police sources said.
The brazen bandit opened fire on his 14-year-old target inside a New York housing complex in East Harlem around 3:10 p.m. in an alleged gang hit, cops said.
