An excessive heat warning has been issued for the entire valley by the National Weather Service beginning Friday noon and lasting through Sunday 11pm. Temperatures will get close to 110 and the heat index could reach 112. This will be a dangerous few days. Please find ways to stay cool. You might also think about checking on your neighbors and make sure they are doing the same during this heat wave. Friday will be the hottest, but noticeable relief won't come until Tuesday at the earliest with consistent 90 degree high temperatures on Thursday. Watch KSEE 24 News for complete weather details.
